Til Ke Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sesame seeds (til)
  • ¾ cup grated jaggery (gud)
  • 2–3 tbsp A2 Gir Cow Ghee
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

Method

  • Heat a pan and add A2 Gir Cow Ghee.
  • Add sesame seeds and roast on low flame until aromatic.
  • In another pan, melt jaggery on low heat to make a soft syrup.
  • Add roasted sesame seeds to the jaggery syrup.
  • Mix well and add cardamom powder.
  • Slightly cool the mixture and shape into round ladoos.
